Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Zylnq. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Zylnq.
By accessing or using Zylnq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zylnq. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Zylnq is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use Zylnq to: • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Impersonate any person or entity • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the service
You retain ownership of content you post on Zylnq. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Zylnq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylnq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
